Helping Sellers successfully market their property and Buyers realize their home ownership goals is work that I enjoy.  Being a Realtor is a responsibility that I take very seriously and a vocation that has me constantly searching for new methodologies to better serve my clients.   Therefore, in addition to traditional real estate services, I offer creative non-traditional real estate services that are customized to serve the best interests of my clients:  Seller financed property resources, flexible listing programs, and much more. 

 I have been certified by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as a Broker Price Opinion Resource and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.  This means that I have been specifically trained to provide Broker Price Opinions (BPO's) for real estate, work with short sale and foreclosure property transactions, and have satisfied the National Association of Realtor’s educational requirements for certification in these areas. I am the leader of our Short Sale Team which includes an attorney and CPA to ensure the best possible service for our short-sale clients.  Further, I promise all my clients that I will be as creative, diligent, and efficient as possible.
